CHOIR PARENTS!!!

I need chaperones 

for our upcoming Jazz Festival 

on

Monday, October 27 

At 5:00pm at Crossroads for our pizza party

and/or

at 6:30 pm for the bus ride 

to Forest Hills Fine Arts Center

and/or

To stay at the concert and enjoy along with us!!

I will even pay for your tix if you chaperone!!

IF YOU CAN HELP OUT!! 

Students will wear 

choir shirt and jeans

if they have NOT paid for shirt and/or pizza party

send that in ASAP!!
