WHO:  All choir students who want to go, have a great time, be together one last time before summer because Mrs. Hjelm will miss you sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much!!! L

WHEN:  LAST DAY OF SCHOOL! Friday, June 5 from 11 - 3

TIMES:  Leave Crossroads by school bus at 11am, get there around 11:30, eat lunch (eat for the whole 3 hours if you want), play together, leave at 2:30, back at Crossroads by 3pm!  Parents pick up at Crossroads AT 3PM! Leave for summer break!! J

HOW MUCH:  $15 for everything!!!

WHAT DOES IT GET YOU: All you can eat pizza/pasta buffet (for up to 3 hours), 3 activities, $20 video game Credits. 

You can bring more money and do more activities if you want but we only have the 3 hours - it will be busy there!!

WHY:  To spend some quality time with Mrs. Hjelm and your choir family before 8^th grade heads to HS and 7^th grade separates for the summer!  I hope everyone will join!!!

Hey parents!!!  Hope you all have a wonderful, restful break with your kiddos!!  Let me say how much I am enjoying them in class!!  They are amazing singers!!!

7th grade choir is working so very hard on their music for our next concert!  They have been polite, respectful, and so very professional!  Please congratulate them on their work effort!!! 

I can't wait to see what they will bring to the table as 8th graders.  WOW!!

Now, 8th grade has been very chatty and not as respectful as a choir as I would like - I would appreciate it if you could talk with them about their work ethic!!  They are amazing singers but they are not working up to their potential!  However, I love them dearly and that will NOT change!!  I just want their final concert here at Crossroads 

to be the very best it can be!!

Whitecaps Performance - Monday, April 20, 2015 NOON

Hey Parents and/or Guardians!!!

            We are so excited!!  Well, at least I am!!  J  8^th grade choir and I are ready to perform at the Whitecaps so I wanted to fill you in on our last details!!!  We will run our song a little in the choir room during class time and then report to the bus out front at 11am!!  We need to be at the ball field by 11:15 so we must leave CR by 11:00AM!!!  We will return around 2:30PM so kids can get on their normal bus home!!  Students should wear their choir shirt and jeans.  The Whitecaps requested that we look uniform so it will be easier to stick together!  Plus – we look so good in them!!!  Start looking now if you haven’t seen it for awhile!! J

There are a few different options for pricing.

If they want an actual seat in the bleachers the tix cost will be $15. If they want to go a little cheaper, the lawn seat tix cost will be $12.  Personally, I don’t sit much during the game so I will be buying the cheap tix.  Most kids tend to walk around so I would recommend the cheaper tix but it’s up to you!! Either way, the cost will cover their ticket in, a hot dog, a small drink, and the bus ride!!  I need to pre-order the tickets so please send in that money ASAP.  Checks made out to NORTHVIEW VOCAL MUSIC!!!  If you would like to join and/or chaperone, your ticket will be the same price so feel free to order tickets for you & your family and I will get your tickets as well!! 

I would like all money before spring break so please SEND IN BEFORE April 2, 2015

Now, what I need from you parents besides the money:
